Terms of Sale and Use (Numbers by Nine)

Numbers by Nine is run by Mike Phillips, a sole proprietor in Texas ("we"). Payments are processed by Gumroad.

What you're buying

A digital kit: written guides, prompts, routine templates and a custom setup guide made from your form answers. You need your own AI assistant plan and your own business accounts. We don't provide or manage them.

License

You may use the kit for your own business, including all locations you own. Please don't resell, share publicly or repost the kit or its prompts.

Not professional advice

The kit helps you organize information. It is not tax, accounting, legal, payroll or financial advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional. Starting targets are general rules of thumb, not recommendations for your business.

You stay in control

The routines are written to draft only. You are responsible for reviewing anything your AI assistant produces before you act on it or send it, and for how you set up and connect your own tools. AI tools can make mistakes.

Your information

We collect only what you type into the intake form and what Gumroad shares with us about your order (name, email, order ID). We use it to build and send your guide and to support you. We don't sell it. The form asks you not to include passwords, card numbers or bank numbers, and our generator removes anything that looks like one. To have your form answers deleted, email us.

Liability

The kit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the kit.
